2022 OVTAA Compensation and Benefits Survey Results

This past Spring, the OVTAA performed a Compensation and Benefits Survey to better understand current pay and benefits in Oregon and SW Washington. The survey includes demographic data as well as quantitative and qualitative data on compensation and benefits. The survey was anonymous.

• Audience: All Oregon and SW Washington non-DVM veterinary professionals
• Distribution: Emails to OVTAA and PVMA members, social media
• Timing: April 19-June 30, 2022
• Participation: 195 respondents completed the survey

OVTAA plans to repeat this survey every two years to track trends in compensation and benefits over the years.
